Can I make exchanges/returns?

Absolutely! We do, however, have some restrictions on exchanges/returns:

  • There will be no exchanges or refunds on sale/discounted items.
  • There are no refunds or cancellations on customized products (e.g. bracelet sets and initial necklaces).

Please also bear in mind:

  • All returns or exchanges must be conducted at one of our collection points or pop-up markets.
  • Only unopened items can be returned.
  • Returns must be made within seven days of the date printed on a receipt or invoice sent.
  • The receipt or other proof of purchase must be presented for any returns/exchanges.

Can I make changes to my order AFTER it has been shipped?

No, changes can not be made to your order after it has been shipped. Once the package is handed over to the delivery service the package can not be edited. All customers will be informed via email when their package has been shipped via courier.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Yes! A confirmation email is sent to you immediately upon placing your order. If you do not receive this email, your order was not successfully placed.

A tracking number is provided for your order which allows you to track your package is also sent once your package leaves our warehouse.
