Q. Do you have a physical location?

A. No. We are an online store, we offer nationwide delivery via TTPost and SPED Couriers.

Q. Do you offer FREE collection points?

A. FREE collection points are updated on a weekly basis. Please check Instagram and Facebook for delivery schedules.

Q. How long does an order take to be recieved via TTPost Couriers.

A.  Orders can take between one (1) and three (3) business days  within Trinidad &  three (3) to five (5) days for Tobago.

You (the customer) will receive a tracking number when your package has been shipped. If you haven’t received your order after five business days please call 800-POST (7678) and provide the operator with your tracking number.

Q. What is the cost of SPED Couriers?

A. SPED Couriers accept Cash or Linx on delivery and it is a flat rate of $35 TT per order. There is no weight or item limited per order.

Q. How long does SPED Couriers take to deliver a package?

A. SPED Couriers take anywhere between one (1) and three (3) working days to deliver packages based on your location.

Q. Is SPED Couriers available everywhere within Trinidad and Tobago?

A. No – SPED is NOT available for orders being delivered to Tobago, Cedros, Mayaro, Toco ect.

Q. What if my item arrived damaged?

A. All items purchased from Obsidian Designs Ltd is safely packaged before delivery. Each item is checked over before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. Crystals and gemstone pieces are always bubbled-wrapped for a safe journey. However, regretfully from time to time, your items may be damaged during transit. If an item has been delivered to you damaged please contact us via email at amelia@obsidiandesigns.co within 72 hours of your receiving your parcel. Store credits will be issued at the discretion of Obsidian Designs Ltd

Q. Do you offer exchanges?

A. Obsidian Designs Ltd will accept items for an exchange provided that they are in new condition; unworn, unaltered and free of damage.

Cost for an exchange: $50 – (This fee is for the courier service to collect the item for exchange from us, deliver the exchanged item to you and return the item you are exchanging back to us.)

We offer up to five working days from the time the item has been delivered for an exchange request to be filed.
