Can I make exchanges/returns?

Absolutely! We do, however, have some restrictions on exchanges/returns:

  • There will be no exchanges or refunds on sale/discounted items.
  • There are no refunds or cancellations on customizable products (e.g. bracelet sets and initial necklaces).

Please also bear in mind:

  • All returns or exchanges must be conducted at one of our collection points.
  • Only unopened items can be returned.
  • Returns must be madee within seven days of date printed on a receipt.
  • The receipt or other proof of purchase must be presented for any returns/exchanges.

Can I make changes to my order AFTER it has been shipped?

No, changes can not be made to your order after it has been shipped and handed over to the shipping company.

Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Yes! A confirmation email is sent to you immediately upon placing your order and a tracking number which allows you to track your package is also sent once your package leaves our warehouse.  The link to track your order will be sent via Whatsapp based on the shipping method you choose.
