Shop policies are the same across all social media platform sales and our website. The buyer is responsible for reading our shop policies before purchasing.

ORDER QUERIES!

Questions about orders, changes in addresses, or other general questions, PLEASE email me about them. Messages sent to DMs do not always get seen or addressed. All order questions must be dealt with via email.

IN ORDER FOR ME TO ADDRESS YOUR EMAIL, it must include your order number and full name used at purchase.

We typically do not reply to emails/DMs after 7pm Monday-Saturday. Any DMs or Emails sent after 7pm Monday - Saturday OR ON Sunday will be replied on the next business day. 

SHIPPING!

Please allow up to TWO WORKING DAY for processing.

EVERY ORDER has a processing time, no matter what shipping option is selected. There is no way to "skip the line" and have your order shipped same-day/next-day.

Once the item is shipped, it will take approximately ONE TO THREE business days to get to you (if within Trinidad, please allow up to SIX business days for Tobago)

SPED Couriers is our main shipping company, we also use ODeliver Couriers and Concierge Express. 
RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS

Returns

Obsidian Designs Ltd will accept items for an exchange provided that they are in new condition; unworn, unaltered and free of damage. 

Cost for an exchange: $50 – (This fee is for the courier service to collect the item for exchange from us, deliver the exchanged item to you and return the item you are exchanging back to us.)

 We offer up to five working days from the time the item has been delivered for an exchange request to be filed.

Cancellations

 Need to cancel your order?

- Sure! Once your order HAS NOT been shipped we can easily cancel your order without any issues.

 IF HOWEVER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED

the option for cash on delivery will not be offered to you for future orders.

- Orders are automatically cancelled by the courier service after THREE failed delivery attempts.

PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU AREN'T ABLE TO COLLECT WITHIN THREE WORKING DAYS

Want to place an order after you have cancelled a CASH ON DELIVERY order?

- You will need to provide full payment via BANK DEPOSIT OR ONLINE TRANSFER.
