Refund policy

Obsidian Designs Ltd will accept items for an exchange provided that they are in new condition; unworn, unaltered, and free of damage. 

Cost for an exchange: $50 – (This fee is for the courier service to collect the item for exchange from us, deliver the exchanged item to you and return the item you are exchanging back to us.)

 We offer up to five working days from the time the item has been delivered for an exchange request to be filed.

 All exchange requests MUST be emailed to amelia@obsidiandesigns.co
