Campo del Cielo (Meteorite) Stud Earrings

The name Campo del Cielo comes from the location in Argentina that the meteorite was found. 

The native tongue means Field of the Sky or Heaven, it is believed that the local people named the place after the fallen meteorite. 

It was first recorded by a Spanish Governor in 1576 but fell between 4000 to 6000 years ago.
