The sacral chakra, also known as Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is the second chakra in the human body according to traditional Indian belief systems. It is believed to be located below the navel, near the lower abdomen and genitals.

The sacral chakra is often associated with water, representing creativity, sensuality, emotions, pleasure, and sexuality. It's considered the center of our life force and plays a role in our emotional expression, relationships, and enjoyment of life.

When the sacral is blocked, it can manifest in a number of ways, including:

We also recommend taking your bracelet off before going to sleep and not stretching or playing with your bracelet to limit the chances of it getting caught on something and snapping the band.
