The solar plexus chakra, also known as Manipura in Sanskrit, is the third chakra in the human body according to traditional Indian belief systems. It is believed to be located in the upper abdomen, around the area of your navel.

The solar plexus chakra is often associated with fire, representing personal power, confidence, self-esteem, willpower, and determination. It's considered the seat of our ego and plays a role in our sense of identity and independence.

When the solar plexus is blocked, it can manifest in a number of ways, including:
